Hi-Flow Backing Gate

Installation normally takes approximately two days. This can be done in between milking times where necessary.
The running tracks supplied with the gate are welded in place, onto supports or brackets, which are normally supplied by the farmer. Various brackets and other track supports can be supplied where necessary.
The backing gate is then lifted onto the tracks, after which the wiring can be completed.
The controls in the milking parlour can be mounted in various positions, but normally near the back of the pit where the operator can see into the collecting yard.
It is the farmer’s responsibility to provide a suitable power supply to power the backing gate and also to provide a suitable loader to lift the gate onto the tracks.

Varivac

Installation is normally carried out in between milkings, without disruption to normal milking times. It is the farmer’s responsibility to provide a suitable power supply for the Varivac. The Varivac will be adjusted to your existing vacuum level and individual motor settings.

Milkflow

Again, installation will take place in between milkings, without disruption to your normal milking times. The Milkflow will be mounted in a position agreed with the farmer. The existing float or probe will be replaced with a new one and the Milkflow will be adjusted to suit the milk pump. The Milkflow can control an existing plate-cooler solenoid, providing it is of a suitable type.
It is the farmer’s responsibility to provide a suitable power supply to power the Milkflow.
